1. Data Collection

NeuroSense controller collects granular electrical parameters at a 4–5 kHz sampling rate directly from metering circuits via Potential Transformers (PT) and Current Transformers (CT).

Acquired data is processed locally and routed to the Cloud AI Agent, utilizing Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO) and K-Cluster AI algorithms for baseline analytics.

The NeuroSense controller triggers an ultra-fast Zero Crossing Circuit at precise AC voltage zero-points to eliminate arcing and harmonics.

SmartPO® V/I Control vs. Conventional VFDs

Why impedance matching delivers pure sine wave power without harmonic distortion.

Traditional VFD (PWM Control)

Variable Frequency Drives change voltage and frequency proportionally using Pulse Width Modulation (PWM). While common for fans and pumps, this method induces severe electrical harmonics into industrial power grids, weakening magnetic flux and stressing motor insulation.

SmartPO® V/I Control Advantage

SmartPO® uses V/I Impedance Matching. By varying Voltage, it affects Current without altering line Frequency. It calculates motor Slip [(Ns - Nr) / Ns] via Machine Learning, maintaining optimal motor efficiency and delivering clean, pure sine wave feeder power with up to 15% energy savings.
